Google Adsense Account Finally Approved

Yup. After changing my email and corresponding address, it’s finally approved. Guess their algorithm really detects few characters off from the inputs. My name and my younger brother have similar name with just 2 alphabets off. Both of us used the same corresponding address.
Like I’ve said, it’s not sibling friendly if you have similar name.
Google Adsense can’t differentiate brothers

I just received a reply from Google Adsense Team informing me my application has been rejected because my account info matches a “currently approved AdSense account” associated with my younger brother’s account. WTF?!?!
You’ve gotta be kidding me!!!
Worse yet to come. I’ve been scanning through their FAQ/Support and whatever pages they have and still don’t have a proper solution nor any means to contact them about this issue. Now I’m trying with different email and change my address. Now I have to wait another few more days. What the hell????
So basically, Google Adsense has no common sense to differentiate siblings with similar name and same correspondence address. Sigh.

It’s an ads by a fitness outlet. The top picture shows with and without a person sitting while it also shows the weight of the person. I appreciate the creativity of it but I’m not gonna sit in that seat. If she’s 68kg, then what mine gonna show? Don’t think I want to know … sigh

Crime goes up while police is busy …

Hmm. I’m worried about the crime rates these days. Snatch thieves took more than just money and valuables. They even took life of another person (and unborn babies). Robbery in broad daylight. Car thieves rampaging. So where is the police?
Of course, I’ll expect them to say “not enough resources” but I see headlines like “taking opposition parties into custody”, “deny lawyer from representing detainee”, and other unfavorable headlines, I’ll start to question “where is justice for the people?”.
Police is supposed to be neutral entity and yet I was given the impression otherwise while more crimes are being committed that really hurts the people. People can have the choice to replace politicians but not criminals. So please focus on crimes & criminals, not politicians. Can?
See? Top Student Rejected. No need to study hard, ok?

After reading online (PSD scholarship review and Top scorers discover again PSD scholarships are not guaranteed), I was wondering “Why study so hard for?” because the current system doesn’t take in fantastic results into account as criteria for scholarship and therefore future generation shouldn’t be bothered with results.
So relax la. Go lepak in shopping complex. Go spend more time in cyber cafe. When you do join the work force, take fifteen minute (or longer) break to read the newspaper while working. No problem because current system encourage us to do so. Why bother with results?
Don’t like ah? Go find your own solution la. Remember, current criteria don’t like top scorers. I tell you what. Go check with Singapore. Most likely they will consider your application. So, don’t say I didn’t give advice ok?
Oh, don’t bother waiting for things to change even if you have raised your grouses to that party. Most likely, the other party will retain status quo.
Huh? Still not satisfied? Still want change? Wah, so demanding ah? Ok, ok. I’ll give another advice. Take a page from Obama. Election time, make sure change comes. Tell your brother, your sister, your lover, your neighbor, your colleagues, your pimp, or whoever to vote for change. Not small change or it becomes like Perak mess. Go for big big change. Think big.

Abuse of Power

Why is the people still allow the governing body to abuse their power? Why let them stay in power? It’s obvious there is power play behind the scene and some string pulling. It’s a damn mess and a damn shame. Push for fresh election and bring an end to this.
